When I sought out Sharon, I was overweight, depressed, and anxious. I was disconnected from the world and the people that loved me.
In short, I was broken and in need of a special person to help me on the road to recovery.
Sharon never took my condition at face value, she looked past the man I was and saw the man I was to be. The man I am.
Starting as my counselor, she grew into a trusted teacher and then into my mentor.
She has given me the strength to become an inspired teacher, an eager student, and a man with superb mental and physical health.
Today I have found happiness; I am blessed with a beautiful young family, found a rewarding career and my passion for helping others.
If you ever have the pleasure of meeting Sharon, you will be in the presence of true love and compassion. She is insightful, kind and selfless.
In her presence your soul and hidden pain are revealed. She will gently and calmly reach out to you and begin a process of self-realization and healing that will lead you to happiness.

I first met Sharon 8 years ago; I came to her in need of some life direction and answers.
I found myself in a place that I thought I would never be in, depressed, unhappy and lost my passion for life. I was scared and didn’t know how I got to this place or how to make my out or even if there was a way. I was terrified that this was my “life” I did not understand what was happening to me or why.
I looked at myself and did not recognize the person looking back at me.
I tried to talk with my friends and describe how I was feeling and it seemed that no one really wanted to listen or had the right tools to help me. I felt lost and alone and did not know where to find the answers I needed.
The day I met Sharon was the start of my new journey. I like to call her the Dr. Phil of life coaching and spiritual healing. She brought me to a place of reality; she made me take a good look at the choices I had made and how it affected my life that it was up to me to make the choice to change.
She gave me exactly what I needed in a way that I understood. She was gentle, kind and understanding. I felt so at ease with her I was able to share the most intimate details of my life with her and not feel judged. This in itself, was something special as I was never able to be completely be me ever before. I spent most of my life trying to cover up who I was inside in order to please others. Sharon helped me get back to my true self and uncover all the layers that ego had created and bring out the true me. She has taught me how to love myself again for who I truly am, she helped me regain my passion for life and gain control over my future and to live in the present with embracing the past as part of what has made me, me. I learned to accept things in my past as learning lessons and was able to finally understand who I am and what makes me happy.I stopped living someone else's life and learned to embrace mine.
There are no quick fixes, no pills or magic potions, I had to go through all the pain and hurt to get to the other side but it was in the “thought it” stag that I learned the most. Without going through “it” the outcome would have no meaning. Without the meaning, there would be no value in the lesson. This is how we make change!
I learned we are all capable of change and learned that we all have the ability to shape our own lives; just you have to want it and see that it is possible.
During this journey I achieve some lifelong goal that I could never seem to do before. I lost 50 pounds! as I learned to love who I am I started to be good to myself. I started taking care of the person inside and taking better care of my health.
I was also able to grow my business as I had more confidence in my abilities and embraced each day as a gift not a chore.
The best part of my journey with Sharon is the most precious gift to me. I found my best friend, my sister and my family and the knowledge and understanding that anything is possible.
I have experienced firsthand what an incredible teacher Sharon is. Her ability to help others "be" the best you, you can be. She has changed many lives including mine and I encourage anyone to open the door to change and let Sharon guide you through "it"
